TMS Maintenance Division provides 24 hours a day, 7 days a week service. Our excellent customer service and proven reliability has resulted in an impressive array of clients.

TMS offers speedy quotes and consultation and work is carried out quickly with minimum interruption.

Maintenance Services include carpentry, lock repair and installation, minor flooring repairs (including tiling, paving, carpet and concrete), painting and preparation, fitting of shelving, partitioning, light bulbs and fluorescent tubes. We can also provide wall repairs and fit-outs if required.

TMS can call on a list of tried and trusted licensed tradespersons for any work that falls outside these general services.

All of our employees have Police clearances and we insist that they be honest, reliable and hardworking.

In addition to our standard maintenance services, we offer a comprehensive relief building management service. We can assist with the efficient day to day running of your strata building or provide a detailed framework for absence cover to suit your requirements.
